These Terms govern your use of ProfitRecon (“the Service”), operated by PayoutRec. By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ProfitRecon helps Shopify merchants reconcile their orders against TikTok Shop settlement reports. It is provided as an informational and bookkeeping aid.

2. Accounts & access

You must have a valid Shopify account and authorize the requested permissions. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your store.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or disrupt its operation.

4. Data accuracy

Reconciliation results depend on the order data and settlement files provided. We do not guarantee that figures are complete or suitable for tax, legal, or financial decisions. Always verify against official statements.

5. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayoutRec is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
