Common questions

What data does ProfitRecon access? Only your Shopify orders, with read-only (read_orders) permission. We never write to or modify your store.

How do I reconcile? Open the app in your Shopify admin, click Sync orders, then upload your TikTok Shop settlement CSV on the Upload settlement page. Matched and unmatched orders appear on the dashboard.

How do I remove my data? Uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin removes your session. To delete stored order and settlement data, email hi@payoutrec.com and we will erase it within 30 days.
